CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We are committed to providing a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy for our instructional services, including instructional support, school partnerships, and use of the Swoon Front Office platform or Swoon Assist device.

  1. Cancellation: If any instructional session is canceled less than 48 hours prior to starting, a $50 penalty applies. If an instructional package is canceled within three days after the first coaching session, we'll refund the full amount without any questions. 

  2. Refunds: If a cancellation occurs after the initial instructional session, a prorated refund will be provided based on the remaining unused coaching sessions in the purchased package. The refund will be calculated from the date of cancellation request.

  3. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of cancellation request. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in the payment account, depending on payment method. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise requested. For subscriptions billed through schools or organizations, please contact your administrator.

  4. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable to the unused coaching sessions in each package. Any coaching sessions that have already been conducted will not be eligible for a refund.

  5. Non-Refundable Payment Methods: Please note that payments made via physical checks or e-checks are non-refundable due to processing restrictions. We recommend using alternative payment methods to ensure refund eligibility.

  6. No Obligation: There is no long-term commitment, and a cancellation of any session, or instructional package at any time. We believe in providing flexibility to our student-athletes and their families.

Access to Swoon Front Office® and Swoon Assist (including the AI assistant and physical microphone device) is considered a digital service. Once activated or used, these services are not refundable. Refunds do not apply to prorated use of the platform, digital access fees, or device usage unless otherwise stated in a service-level agreement.

Digital Subscriptions and Device Use

If your service includes a Swoon Assist device, please follow our device return policy. In some cases, refunds may be withheld until the physical device is returned or deactivated.
